Pressed Juicery Review

If you know me you know I would never need a juice cleanse but sometimes doing just that in addition to a week of good eats makes a body happy! March was a month of health and wellness for me with doing my studio's Pure Barre Madness challenge and completing 20 classes in 31 days meant just doing things for a healthier me and lifestyle. As i've said before I am becoming way more into natural products, and more organic/wholesome eating so on that road I FINALLY tried and discovered Pressed Juicery. They are absolutely delicious!!! & the packaging is adorable --- I know basic, but hey it makes for some cute colorful photos for this post :P The juices were perfect blends for my on the go life and a great treat with my meals.

I bought the following:

1. Greens 2:  apple, celery, cucumber, kale, lemon, parsley, romaine, spinach

2. Roots 3: apple, beet, ginger, lemon

3. Citrus 1: aloe vera, coconut water, cucumber, lemon. pineapple

4. Fruits: orange, turmeric, apple, lemon

5. Matcha & Hemp (MY FAVORITE): chlorophyll, dates, hemp seeds, matcha, moringa, sea salt, spirulina, vanilla bean

All of them were bomb.com but my top 2 were definitely the Fruits juice with the turmeric and then the Matcha & Hemp.

The Matcha & Hemp is a blend I really want to feature because it's a seasonal one and this one in particular has the superfood spirulina in it. Spirulina is something I discovered not long ago for it's healthy vitamins, iron,  amino acids and more that make your body happy and energetic in a natural way. You can add it to your homemade smoothies, oatmeal, or like me overnight oats. This blend is a great choice to start your morning, before or after a workout, or simply as a pick me up with your lunch for the day! If you haven't had the chance to try it go find your local juicery and get some and let me know what y'all think.

While adding these juices into my daily intake I noticed a few things in my body like digesting things a little better, having more energy throughout the day instead of the midday slump, and a natural glow to my complexion. I'm sure it was a multitude of things like working out and eating cleaner that helped with all of that, but I truly believe the health benefits of drinking these every once in awhile to mix up the diet or break away from the smoothie life. There's definitely more in depth research for what these juices do for you and you can see that on their website pressedjuicery.com. So if you haven't tried them yet, go!
