Enjoy! & if you do them be sure to take photos and tag me @life_with_shay
Iced Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
1. Matcha of your choice. I love the Mighty Leaf ceremonial grade or Alfred’s. Check my shop page for my faves
2. 3-4 ice cubes
3. 1 tsp. brown sugar
4. 8 oz oat milk or your choice for milk or a non-dairy alternative
I personally have my Nespresso Barista Milk frother and combine all the ingredients and mix on the iced frappe setting BUT if you do not have that feel free to mix everything but the ice cubes in a ninja or something of that sort to blend well. Then pour over ice. SO YUM!
If you want to get extra creative instead of the sugar use a vanilla syrup, my favorite is by Monin
Iced ROSE Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
1. Matcha of your choice. I love the Mighty Leaf ceremonial grade or Alfred’s. Check my shop page for my faves
2. 3-4 ice cubes
3. 1 tablespoon of rose syrup **I like this one on amazon
4. 8 oz oat milk or your choice for milk or a non-dairy alternative, I also love hemp milk with this one. Two of my fave brands are oatly and the goodmylk co
5. brown sugar to taste or agave syrup if i’m feeling extra :P
Blend all ingredients except the ice and then pour over ice. SO FREAKING BOMB!
It was inspired by the rose hemp latte at MatchaBar in LA. I was obsessed ever since but seeing as I am not in LA and want to conscious of my spending this hits the spot!
My go to Iced Coffee - I call it my Island iced Coffee
Ingredients:
1. Dark roast of your choice OR if you have a Nespresso machine I use 2 shots of the Dharkan which equates to 2.7 oz of coffee
2. 3-4 ice cubes
3. 3 oz of oat milk or milk of your choice
4. 1 oz of Monin coconut syrup
How to do:
I typically brew the coffee the night before and let it chill in an air tight glass container in the fridge overnight. It’s WAY better this way if you don’t make a cold brew. I then blend everything in the morning in my frother or just combine and stir & then add the ice cubes! So easy. The coconut is a very subtle sweetness that cuts through the coffee but it’s sooo good. I make these all the time in the summer!
Okay, all of it is super easy and simple to do. I hope you love them as much as me!!

Shay
